Q3R is currently IN network with United Health Care, Highmark BCBS, Anthem BCBS, Independence and all other blue cross plans. We are OUT of network with UPMC, Cigna and Humana. For plans we are out of network with we do offer time of service (cash) rates.

NEW PATIENT INITIAL EXAM (1 HOUR APT.): $130*

FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS (45 MIN. APT.): $85*

*There is a 10% discount off the Time of Service (cash) rates for veterans, healthcare workers, police officers & firefighters.
