Dr. Stephanie Harkins, DC MS CCSP

Dr. Harkins is a sports chiropractor, performance coach, Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) medical professional, JOGA coach and a certified Primary Spine Practitioner.

Dr. Harkins is the founder and owner of Q3R Chiropractic + Sports Performance. She received her bachelors degree from Wilkes University where she majored in Psychology and played on the women’s lacrosse and tennis teams. She then received both her Doctorate of Chiropractic and Master’s in Sport and Exercise Science degrees from the University of Western States in Portland, OR.

Following graduation from Western States, Dr. Harkins moved to Seattle, WA where she interned with Seattle Seahawks chiropractor Dr. James Kurtz and then proceeded to practice in the Emerald City for three years. After many years in the Pacific Northwest she moved to Pittsburgh, PA to open Q3R.

As a lifelong athlete, she focuses her treatment to facilitate healing, recovery and injury prevention for all individuals. Dr. Harkins understands the benefits of an active and healthy lifestyle, but has seen how injuries and discomfort have hindered progress. She considers chiropractic care and functional rehab as key links in the chain to getting individuals back on their feet and out doing the things they love to do. She will provide an integrated approach combining chiropractic care and functional rehabilitation that is tailored to the individual needs of each unique patient’s goals. Dr. Harkins utilizes Active Release Technique (ART), Graston Technique, Cupping, Fascial Movement Taping (FMT) via RockTape, physical therapy and chiropractic adjustments.

Dr. Harkins specializes is working with golfers using biofeedback technology through K-Motion to get a full picture of what the body is doing during the golf swing.

Outside of work, Dr. Harkins enjoys spending time with family and friends, paddle-boarding, snowboarding and golfing.

Dr. Devin Vallee, DC

As a third generation chiropractor, Dr. Vallee brings his expertise to the Sewickley community with his practice Vallee Chiropractic, offering personalized care tailored to each patient's needs. Having graduated from Northeast College of Health Sciences in 2020, he spent the next 2 years practicing in the Butler and Clarion PA areas. 

Originally from central New York, Dr. Vallee's journey took a turn when he met his wife while they were both attending Grove City College. With his wife's family roots in Sewickley, he is enthusiastic about serving this community and helping individuals achieve their health goals.

 Dr. Vallee specializes in soft tissue manual therapy and chiropractic adjustments, employing a patient-centered approach to ensure optimal outcomes. He firmly believes that every patient is unique, and as such, he collaborates closely with individuals to develop customized treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.

 A lifelong learner, Dr. Vallee remains committed to pursuing continuing education in rehab therapies and exercises, consistently integrating the latest, most effective treatments into his practice.

 His patient care philosophy centers around open communication and patient education, embracing a broad approach to wellness. In addition to his chiropractic expertise, Dr. Vallee has a personal interest in exercise, running, being outdoors, and nutrition, which he incorporates into his practice. When not helping patients, Dr. Vallee enjoys playing the guitar and cherishes quality time with his family.
